Shipping & Returns


All prices listed here in shipping and returns are in CAD. At we do not charge our clients for shipping and handling. We send all our goods using Fed-Ex service, or Canada XpessPost. Once we confirm your piece to be available, please allow 3-4 days for delivery of your order.


Please note that for our shipping and returns we need a signature at delivery. We will email you the Tracking Number of your parcel once it is on its way. Please make sure that you are available to sign for the package upon delivery.


Cross-Border shipments are more complex than Canadian orders. Yet, we are striving to meet our client’s needs. We do offer shipping services for our International clients. Our international invoices come tax free. Upon arrival your country’s sales taxes may apply. International delivery costs can be high. Amounts of $120 even $200 in fright and brokerage fees between Canada and Australia are normal. US or Europe has similar costs. We will cover $30 to $50 of these costs.

Customs Declarations

We are an operating company listed with Canada Customs. Please be aware that Shipping and Receiving Valuables between countries requires Customs Declarations. This includes Shipping Labels, Brokerage and Insurances. To avoid hold-ups or unnecessary charges, we need to work together. This is the same for both shipping and returns. Needless to say the same difficulties weigh on both of us in case of a return!


Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. If you, for good reason decide not to keep what we designed. We would offer the following choices.

1) An exchange or future credit within 30 days of your purchase.

2) Or appropriate refund.

We work with our hearts and minds to make outstanding jewelry. And,- we will do our very best to make your return experience as stress-less as possible.

Before returning your jewelry, you will need to contact us at 250 538 1730 or via E-mail.

The jewelry you return must be in saleable condition.

It comes back with the original sales invoice including all packaging and certificates.

Three things we ask to make sure:

  1. It is our product, unworn, not altered.
  2. Rings for example sized above or below our standard sizes pose a problem.
  3. Jewelry made to your specifications. (Custom Work) will not find new customers. Thus refund or exchange do not apply!

If the three above subjects need more consideration!!! Be assured of our efforts into to finding mutual agreements.


Shipping of return-merchandise via insured shipping for tracking purposes we recommend. Please seek insurance to safeguard the value of the shipment.

Any of the associated shipping costs between you and us cannot be subject to refund. Please contact us to start your return. We will guide you through the process if needed!

One last thing as rare as it is!

We cannot offer responsibility if your package was lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please seek insurance for your returns!
